The analogue meters

I wanted to make some working gauges on the side of the case. I pulled out some meters from old kit I had lying around.

I used a big old audio volume meter to act as the CPU load meter, then four medium black meters, also from old audio equipment, for fan tachometers.

I then pulled out a large meter from the Cooler Master Cavalier case itself as well as a small one from a Cooler Master Musketeer.

My original idea was to make the backgrounds for the gauges by cutting some white adhesives with the correct format and paint it with UV orange spray. I made all the scales for the gauges with Corel.

I printed the scales on a transparent film with an inkjet printer.

I left the original idea of the background and painted with gauge body with UV spray, the effect was better in the end.
