Project log: Here

We start this month with a bang and Sonnenschein, who's is in MOTM for the third time following Sinuskurve and The Golden Sail is here again with some more great renders and top to bottom modding with his latest scratch build called Concretronic.

The case is of an eye-pleasing design which we're used to from this guy but unlike many 3D design wiz-kids out there, we can usually expect to see something in the flesh with Sonnenschein.

The various panels making the backbone of the case are made from sheet aluminium with some seemingly neat vents for the project's 11 fans. Things have certainly progressed quickly since the project first appeared in our project log forum at the beginning of June.

The steel shell has been rolled to fit the exterior of the case, bet around a wire-like frame. We haven't seen much metal rolling as of late so it's a refreshing addition indeed.

The key is in the name - yep, we don't think we've seen a case made from concrete either! It rests amongst the frame and rolled steel sheets. If WW3 ever happens, this could be the only PC that survives!
