The dual PC craze continues with ultimatedesk's appropriately named Ultimate Computer Desk, which began its life in our forum at the tail end of last year. So much work has gone into the project that it's only recently reached a stage that makes it suitable for inclusion in our monthly modding competition.


Some initial renders looked strangely similar to Server and Gaming Case. However, the scale of the project became clear when the desk itself was rendered, complete with transparent sections above the hardware.


We were taken aback by just how much work is going into the project, particularly with regards to the amount of woodwork required. Thankfully, ultimatedesk looks as though he has the necessary equipment to deal with it all.

In some of the more recent updates, ultimatedesk has applied a gel wood stain, along with several layers of polyurethane for varnish. This is going to look gorgeous once the hardware and monitors are installed.
