Flying Wild Hog, a new Polish developer formed from ex-CD Projekt and People Can Fly staff, has announced its new shooter, Hard Reset.

A PC-exclusive title, Hard Reset is described as a hard science fiction game, according to PCG and will use a new scratch-built engine, called Road Hog.

'The PC-exclusive title transports players to a haunting, dystopian future, with humanity on the verge of extinction, confined to its last standing city and under constant threat from the robotic hordes that aim to annihilate mankind,' goes the official spiel.

Hard Reset is scheduled for release in September 2011, though a publisher has not been announced for the game yet.
