The Deadline for Phobya's WaCoolT OWL Case Modding Competition is Sunday so get your designs in quick if you want to take part.
Last month we announced Phobya's WaCoolT OWL Case Modding Competition, where we're giving three modders the chance to bag a ton of gear and to win a cash prize for doing a little modding. Phobya wants you to submit your case mod design for its WaCoolT OWL Case, which was produced following Phobya's case design competition on bit-tech.
The top three designs will then go forward with each modder receiving a sample of the case plus all the water-cooling gear they need to fit inside. You'll need to use your own hardware, as well as two graphics cards, but bit-tech and Phobya can help source anything you need through sponsorship.
You can take part wherever you are in the world too, but the deadline for you to submit your design is this Sunday 29th March. You can spray paint the case, add acrylic sections, engrave the case - anything you want so long as it's modded in some shape or form.
You can only use Phobya or Alphacool-branded water-cooling gear. However, Phobya and Aquatuning will provide whatever water-cooling hardware you need for the project as well as the case.
Sunday's deadline requires you to submit four drawings (these can be hand-drawn or scanned) or renders of your case mod design plus a 100-300 word description via
email to us, with Phobya Case Competition in the subject line. After 29th March, you'll have four months to complete the project - plenty of time to work your magic.
