Top purveyor of search shenanigans, Yahoo, is unveiling a new site design today.

You can get at the site from Yahoo.com/preview. You'll need to be running IE6 or Firefox 1.5 to get it working.

The new layout is less cluttered and heavily features Yahoo's personalised features, including mapping and mail. The page is also shorter and the design is cleaner.

However, the front page doesn't appear to contain any links to Yahoo's new Web 2.0 properties, Flickr and Delicious. Yahoo spent a lot of money to acquire them, and it seems odd that it isn't promoting them more.

However, what you have on the page can be altered and customised using AJAX and RSS.
