Announcing the Custom PC & bit-tech Awards 2009

I'm pleased to annonuce that voting for this year's all-new Custom PC and bit-tech awards is now open and we'd love to hear what you think of the various companies we cover on a daily basis.
Before bit-tech moved its offices into London to team up with the Custom PC crew, we used to run the bit-tech awards quite differently, where we'd declare our favourite products of the year. This year, we're changing things a little and taking the awards to a new level.
While the bit-tech and Custom PC reviews team puts the latest hardware and games through their paces each month, giving you recommendations on what to buy in our monthly buyer's guides, we don't often get to use those products as a paying customer.
With that in mind, we would like to hear your opinions on the PCs, laptops, components and games that you've bought over the past year. Your votes will decide 11 of the 14 awards because we believe that the awards should go to the manufacturers who have not only created the best products, but also delivered exceptional after sales service as well.
The remaining three awards will be decided by the bit-tech and Custom PC editorial team - the Dream PC 2009, Technical Innovation and the Elite Hardware awards. The awards will be announced online on 19th November, which is the same day that issue 76 of Custom PC goes on sale.
As a thank you for taking part in the survey, you'll have a chance of winning a full AMD Dragon kit worth £600, plus £500 in runners-up prizes courtesy of AMD and Asus.
