Sony's hardcore racer
Gran Turismo 5 knocked
Call Of Duty: Black Ops off top spot in the latest all-format gaming charts.
The recently released racer may have had only four days worth of sales to consider when taking into account the current standings, but that didn’t prevent it from immediately taking its place at the top of the tree. Black Ops dropped down to second place, forcing Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood down from second to third spot.
The standard big Christmas #1 hopes for EA, FIFA 11 and Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, are currently sat in 4th and 6th spots. Nintendo's usual suspects of Wii Sports Resort and Wii Fit Plus are sat solidly mid-table in 9th and 13th.
The bookies still have faith in the call of the Call Of Duty brand, with Paddy Power offering odds of 1/7 for Black Ops to be sitting pretty in top spot come Christmas Day. Gran Turismo 5, presumably held back by its single format status, remains a lengthy 14/1 shot to still be top of the tree when all those millions of presents are being unwrapped.
For those who like to back the dark horse, budget priced Twin Peaks-a-like Deadly Premonition can be backed at lengthy odds of 33/1.
