A videogame version of Inception – the recent mind-bending thriller from Batman Begins director Christopher Nolan - could be on its way.
In an interview with Variety, Nolan acknowledged that a game based on his latest film, which stars Leonardo Dicaprio is a possibility.
'
One thing we are looking at doing is developing a videogame based on the world of the film, which has all kinds of ideas that you can't fit into a feature film,' said Nolan
However, if this sounds like a game for you then a long wait is on the cards. '
That's something we've been talking about and are looking at doing long-term, in a couple of years,'he added.
If you have yet to see the film, Inception follows a team of thieves who submerge themselves within the dreams of their victim in order to manipulate their thoughts and extract vital information.
Many parts of the film draw parallels to computer games, especially the mountain-top assault scene which has drawn comparisons to a level from Modern Warfare 2.
