EA has now formerly announced that it will be releasing a collector's edition version of the upcoming strategy game
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3, titled the
Premier Edition.
The Premier Edition of the game will be sold exclusively through
GAME stores in Europe and will boast a few extra pieces of swag, all of which will be packaged in an attractive metal tin case.
Those of you who pick up the Premier Edition of the game can look forward to having access to five multiplayer and skirmish matches exclusive to those who shell out the few extra pounds for the collectors edition, as well as some other goodies, including a copy of the soundtrack to the game.
The main draw of the Premier Edition however is likely to be the extra DVD, which holds a making-of featurette for those eager to know more about the game, and a '
Women of Red Alert 3' feature.
The game will also include a beta key to a future
Command and Conquer, which is most likely to be referring to
Command and Conquer: Tiberium. Given that
Tiberium won't be out until 2010 though, you'd best not lose that key.
