This page over at Engadget has the first apparent pictures of a real-life Xbox 360.
It shows the console design that has been doing the rounds for a week or so now, and confirms our previous thoughts, that the console can be positioned vertically or horizontally,
a la PlayStation2.
The new controller pad is also on show, and looks even more like the old Sidewinder ad to us.
The revised Xbox Live headset is also on show, with an over-the-head design, as opposed to the current behind-the-neck design of the current model. It's also wireless.
We also spy what apears to be a video camera attachment, which we suspect will be used to add functionality to the in-game comms experience, and also for video chats through the Xbox Live GUI. Unlike the other peripherals seen so far for the system, the camera, appears to be wired.
Apparently, the picture was snaffled from a Microsoft shindig over the weekend. Good work chaps!
