We'd like to take this moment to wish all of our readers - of both bit-tech.net and the Custom PC magazine - a very happy Christmas and a very merry new year.

We're going to be off on holiday now until January 4th 2010 (because believe it or not us technology journalists still do have social lives), but we'll be back before you know it. In the mean time we'll be posting a new article everyday, so stay tuned as we recap on the year passed and look forward to the year ahead!

A lot has changed for bit-tech over the last year; we've moved offices, merged fully with the Custom PC magazine team at Dennis Publishing and we've added a lot of new features to the site. One thing that's been constant in the last 12 months though has been you guys - our awesome readers. Not only have you kept the site popular and us in pay-cheques, but you've also bought a lot of value to the site through the forums and the modding content, and for that we want to thank you.

We'd also like to take the chance to thank all of the people who sit somewhere between readers and staff - the forum moderators, the developers, the traffickers and the companies who support us. Again; you all help to make bit-tech what it is.

So, thank you. We hope you all get what you want for Christmas and manage to keep all of your new year's resolutions for at least the first few weeks of 2010.

Let us know how your Christmas goes in the forum and we look forward to returning in the new year and making the site even bigger and better than ever.
