Red Cooler Master 'AMD' case spotted

We recently caught up with Cooler Master at an AMD event here in Taipei and saw a limited edition HAF 922 on show. It's a standard HAF 922, but the steel structure and plastic front/roof panels are painted red instead of black, giving a two tone finish against the black grills, optical and hard disk bays and motherboard tray inside.

We assure you - the colour accuracy is correct to the best of our ability, and it's more "washed out strawberry" than the blood of Ferrari fans, but at least it's certainly not pink. Thankfully. We think while Cooler Master tried for angry red gamer, it got more cuddly Elmo.

The only mention of the limited edition AMD chassis is the HAF 932 on the Cooler Master so maybe this was an exclusive show piece to join the AMD 6-core Thuban CPU and 890FX motherboard launch?
