EVGA has announced two new sealed-loop liquid-cooling modules, the CLC 120 and CLC 280, featuring RGB lighting capable of synchronising to compatible EVGA GeForce GTX graphics cards.

Designed for those who don't want the hassle of custom liquid-cooling setups, the EVGA Closed Loop Cooler (CLC) 120 and 280 are near-identical bar their sizes: the CLC 120 uses a 120mm radiator with a single 120mm fan, while the CLC 280 uses - unsurprisingly - a 280mm radiator with a pair of 140mm fans. Both connect to a water block with integrated pump, which comes with retention hardware for all current Intel LGA and AMD socket types. While the box doesn't include a mounting system for AMD's latest AM4 socket type, EVGA admits, it promises to provide one for free to anyone who needs one.

Both sealed-loop coolers are designed to cool a CPU only, with no option to extend the loop to include a GPU or other hardware. The CLC 280 includes two freshly designed fans with 600-2,200 revolutions per minute (RPM) rotational speed and an airflow each of 113.5 cubic feet per minute (CFM) at 39.5 dBA. The smaller 120mm fan on the CLC 120, meanwhile, runs at 500-2,400 RPM with a peak airflow of 74.82 CFM at 39.9 dBA noise level. Both feature what EVGA is calling 'Teflon nano bearings,' claimed to reduce fan noise and increase lifespan.

The bundled EVGA FLow Control software, the company has indicated, offers full control over fan speed, custom speed curves, the RGB-backlit logo - which can be synced to a compatible RGB-lit EVGA graphics card - and monitors CPU temperature, coolant temperature, pump speed, and fan speed.

EVGA has priced the CLC 120 and CLC 280 at $89.99 and $129.99 respectively (around £71 and £103, excluding taxes), with UK pricing and availability yet to be confirmed. More information is available at the official website.
