Corsair has announced a raft of new RGB lighting-enabled products, including fans and a new case series.
Starting with the case, the new 460X RGB is part of its Crystal Series, with the 460X RGB sporting tempered glass panels and three of Corsair's new SP120 RGB LED fans. To change the colours of the fans, there's an integrated front panel control and thanks to the tempered glass front section the fans will be highly visible from within the chassis.
The case also sports adjustable PSU and storage bay covers and promises good water-cooling radiator support with the front potentially hosting up to a 280mm or 360mm radiator, drawing air in through large vents on the side of the case. The roof can house either a 240mm or 280mm radiator too with rear fan mount having space for a single 120mm fan or radiator.
The case offers 370mm clearance for graphics cards and CPU coolers up to 170mm tall. It's also available with a single RED LED fan and rear exhaust fan if you want to add your own lighting or fans.
Corsair already launched its ML Series 120mm and 140mm fans with LED lighting and the 120mm versions are now joined by the SP RGB Series and HD RGB Series fans. The latter sport an acrylic ring around the fan bearing, which adds to the RGB lighting effects courtesy of 12 LEDs that can be controlled individually. The HD Series, meanwhile, is available as individual fans, with a controller or as a triple pack.
The SP Series lacks the outer illuminated ring but the fans do have translucent fan blades with a frosted texture and are illuminated by four RGB LEDs in the hub.
