The former owner and founder of VoodooPC, now Chief Technology Officer for HP's Gaming PC Business has revealed that the PC giant is planning
to launch another PC brand targeted at PC gamers later this year.
Yesterday, HP held a gaming event, which was presented by Rahul Sood -- the man behind VoodooPC, which is now HP's premium gaming PC brand.
The name of the new brand wasn't revealed, but Sood did reveal that the new brand would be responsible for selling mid-to-high end gaming PCs that will slot in between the HP and VoodooPC brands.
This move means that HP feels there is still plenty of money to make in the PC gaming industry and hopefully its new brand will fill the gap between the premium Voodoo machines and the more cost effective machines in HP's massive product portfolio.
We'll bring you more as and when we get it.
