We're guessing that since you're reading
bit-tech you're a big fan of PC hardware and components - and if you fancy taking your interest one step further and actually want to be paid to spend your time tinkering with and thinking about PC hardware then we have some good news. Asus UK is hiring for a component technical support role. Here's how Iain Bristow, their Technical PR & Component Marketing manager described the role:
"
ASUS UK is currently seeking to employ someone to undertake technical support duties for our Open Platform Business Group. This includes Motherboards / VGA cards as well as other popular products, such as Audio cards and LCD monitors. The role will involve engaging with customers on the telephone and will be based in our Hemel Hempstead offices Monday to Friday, though some travel may be required. Technical knowledge, including overclocking is a must. Ideally we're looking for an enthusiast who is interested in working for a successful brand within the UK that is continuously growing.
If anyone would like to join one of the world's most successful technology innovators and has the experience and drive to join our team, they should send their full CV including current salary / expected salary and a covering letter to:
Hr_uk [at] asus.com"
It's a junior role so an ideal place to get started in the industry. If you have any questions, post them in the comments, or you can PM Iain as he posts as
