HANNspree begins to implement a Zero Bright Dot warranty for its designer monitor range.
Leading pixel policy underlines quality of HANNspree's designer LCD monitors.
Hemel Hempstead, 8th May 2008
HANNspree is pleased to announce the launch of its new Zero Bright Dot (ZBT) warranty, underlining the quality of its designer monitor range and commitment to customer satisfaction.
HANNspree's Zero Bright Dot (ZBD) warranty betters the industry standard set by the ISO:13406/2 (Class II) regulation which currently allows 5 defect pixels per screen, which can include both permanently lit and permanently dark sub pixels. HANNspree's new pixel warranty is industry leading with only 3 permanently dark sub pixels being allowed, no permanently bright sub pixels allowed and only 3 defective sub pixels allowed in total.
HANNspree chose not to allow any bright spots as part of the new ZBD warranty as they are the most common occurring and ultimately most visible dead pixels during standard viewing.
Well known HANNspree monitors in the UK such as the New York and Boston will be the first to feature the ZBD warranty, with new designer monitors entering the UK market shortly, to follow suit.
