Slough, 23 June 2008 – Addressing the demands of multiple user environments including large print volume applications, OKI Printing Solutions today announces the new A3 B930 printer and the B6250 a small workgroup A4 printer for both the corporate customer and small/medium enterprises.
The launch of these two new high performance mono printers enhances OKI’s portfolio of mono print solutions and reaffirms its rich heritage in the mono print market.

The B930 is an A3 printer that offers users high speed printing of up to 50 pages per minute (ppm) at 1200 x 1200dpi resolution with a first time to print of just three seconds, enabling it to efficiently deliver professional quality printing to large workgroups or departments. It provides enhanced versatility with a range of input and finishing options. PCL & PostScript options are included along with interfaces for every environment.
With options the B930 paper capacity can be increased to 5,100 sheets with as many as six paper sources. As standard there are 2 x 500 sheet A3/A4 paper drawers and a 100 sheet multi-purpose tray. The optional finisher punches, staples and stacks all jobs perfectly, providing users with added flexibility, with duplex as standard on most models.
The B930 is a robust unit ideal for users with heavy print workloads and has a high duty cycle of 300,000 pages per month. It is equipped with a high capacity toner for extended printing time, reduced cost per copy and fewer user interventions.
Like the B930, the B6250 provides businesses with professionally printed 1200 x 1200dpi resolution documents. With a fast time to first print and an output of up to 30ppm, the B6250 is ideally suited to small workgroups in need of fast A4 mono printing. The B6250 supports PCL and PostScript compatibility and a user-installable network card allows the printer to become fully networked. Optional paper trays increase input capacity up to 1,500 sheets, providing businesses with the flexibility to meet changing office needs.
