OKI Printing Solutions Enhances Portfolio with Compact & Low Cost A3 Printers

Slough, 10 November 2008 – OKI Printing Solutions’ new C810 and C830 Series printers are small in size and offer a low cost of ownership but deliver huge benefits to businesses that need access to high quality A4 and A3 colour printing.

Leading the way in cost, the C810 and C830 printers are the most affordable A3 colour printers on the market and are half the size of many competitor models. Not much bigger than equivalent A4 printers, the C810 and C830 benefit from being able to print full colour A3. So, they are ideal for spreadsheets, posters, presentation boards, maps, internet printing and outputting a whole host of other documents.

The C810 offers host based integration for Windows and Mac users and brings an impressive print speed of 30ppm for colour and 32ppm for mono. Media sizes from A6 to A3 are easily accommodated as are banners up to 1.2metres long. Media weights up to 220gsm can be fed from the multi-purpose tray.

The C830 adds PostScript and PCL compatibility bringing platform flexibility together with an enhanced feature set which includes support for scalable barcode printing and encrypted secure print, bringing peace of mind to the security conscious business user.

Thanks to OKI’s ProQ2400 multi-level technology and High Definition Toner, image quality from both models is superbly vibrant and detailed. A standard 400 sheet paper capacity is easily increased to a massive 1460 sheets from four paper sources for customers printing higher volumes or needing the flexibility of different paper from different trays.

A competitive cost per copy combined with low purchase price means a low Total Cost of Ownership providing an ideal solution for small businesses where budgets are tight and space is at a premium.
