It makes the overall computing experience more convenient and the most intuitive ever. Robust features, hefty amounts of memory and spacious hard drives provide unprecedented flexibility for handling the hottest new digital media.
Its elegant line is characterized by soft curves and a glossy black finish. A glowing white internal light subtly enhances the depth of the curves and illuminates the PB logo on the front of the chassis. This eye-catching light effect can be easily activated or deactivated with a button click.

Enjoy the increasingly large amounts of family and friends’ pictures at once: the Packard Bell ixtreme’s “digital photo frame” button delivers a slide show of your preferred photos with a single touch.
You can easily share your favourite photos and videos on your social networks through CyberLink MediaShow 5 software. Tagging your friends has never been so simple; you can also group pictures by faces and move face tags smoothly among different PCs.
Complete photo and video editing is made easy through Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 8 (full version).
Additionally, an auto-backup button conveniently located on top of the chassis helps you to keep any precious file safe.
The PB Software Suite, pre-installed on the Packard Bell ixtreme, allows different kinds of personal data backup, in addition to the Auto Backup for immediate or scheduled data saving of files and folders.
To make transferring photos and other data to the PC easy, Packard Bell included a handy “device deck” on the Packard Bell ixtreme. This small recessed area on top of the chassis is perfect to set a camera, MP3 player or camcorder while connecting to USB ports and downloading media. Cables can be reeled in and covered under a lid on the top rear of the machine, for a neat appearance.
Easy access front side ports (USB 2.0, headphone and microphone jacks, multi-in-1 card reader) allow immersive HD entertainment and convenient media sharing.
