January 13th 2011 Surrey, England: Kobalt Computers Ltd – a specialist in building custom high-performance systems announces the launch of the G150 15.6” and G170 17.3” notebooks based on 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Mobile ‘Sandy Bridge’ Processors.
The latest ‘Huron River’ notebook platform combined with the Intel® Core™ i7 ‘Sandy Bridge’ mobile processors provides the basis of a revolution in notebook performance. Based on 32nm technology and with a combination of smart features like the latest Intel® Turbo Boost 2.0 and Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology, which together activate full processing power exactly where and when you need it, provides an amazing increase in performance over previous generations.
