Nanya’s Elixir DDR3 SODIMM utilizes Nanya original BGA chips and complies with JEDEC standard. The DDR3 module features 8bit pre-fetch design which achieves twice the data rate of DDR2’s 4bit pre-fetch design. DDR3's current range of data transfer rates is between 800Mbps and 1600Mbps powered at 1.5V with 30% lower power consumption compared to current 1.8V DDR2 Module. Elixir DDR3 SODIMM supports new generation of NB platform with faster speed, higher bandwidth and lower power consumption.
