By informing you of the most ecological and economical way to drive, the lightweight and super-stylish 480 and 380 GPS systems can help you to save money - and save the planet! Following on from the innovative Econav 435 (which launched this year in Spain), the Econav 480 and 380 work by telling you the most fuel-efficient way to drive. The Econav 480 (4.3” inch screen) and 380 (3.5” inch screen) models will warn you of excessive acceleration and braking, and will give graphical indications of when you are approaching, or exceeding, the speed limit.
Like previous Econav models, they’ll also show you when to change gear in order to drive efficiently, and the safe following distance to the car in front. The new Econav models incorporate a design that is 50% slimmer and 40% lighter, and include Econav Reports, which document the fuel savings you’ve made by day, week or month.
The Econav 480 and 380 feature an updated vehicle database, with over 8000 car models included in the pre-loaded list, which allows your vehicle to be personalised for optimal fuel economy. The pre-loaded speed camera database is available on all devices, with updates shortly available on www.vexia.co.uk. With the option to choose between UK & Ireland or European mapping, the Econav 480 and 380 are the perfect products for eco-conscious drivers who want to take care of their budgets as well as the environment.
