Berlin, 17 November 2009 – Display specialist AOC introduces the 619Vh: a 64.8cm liquid crystal display in 16:10 format which is perfect for both everyday professional use as well as multimedia home entertainment. This supermodel from AOC’s Fashion series boasts innovative technology, chic design, and magnificent picture quality. Fulfilling international environmental and ergonomic standards, it includes an Eco mode to ensure particularly low energy consumption.

Picture perfect
Crisp and reliably fluid pictures in vivid colour even in fast-moving sequences are guaranteed by a 50,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, a special colour optimising function (Dynamic Colour Boost), the rapid response time of 5 milliseconds as well as brightness of up to 300cd/m².

Making work easier
55cm wide and over 34cm tall, the 619Vh’s screen size leaves plenty of room to increase workplace productivity and to reduce tedious scrolling and clicking. Two A4 pages or two browser windows can be comfortably viewed simultaneously. The ample screen width also proves to be a huge advantage when it comes to working with spreadsheets or flowcharts.

Multimedia
Besides an analogue D-Sub and a digital DVI-D input the 619Vh also comes with a HDMI port (HDCP compatible). It can be connected to games consoles or Blu-ray players for thrilling game and movie experiences. First-class imaging is complemented by solid sound production via the integrated stereo loudspeakers.

Green and ergonomic
The 619Vh meets the high standards of several international organisations (EPEAT Silver, TCO, RoHS) which determine strict controls regarding energy consumption, ergonomics, safety and recycling. In addition the display is also equipped with an energy-saving Eco mode.

The 619Vh is available immediately with a recommended retail price of 269 GBP (price without obligation).
