Hemel Hempstead, UK, 20th January: BenQ, the market leading manufacturer of DLP projectors has today announced an exciting new partnership with the highly regarded and well renowned UK distributor CSE. The agreement involves the distribution of BenQ’s new and highly innovative, high end home cinema projector range, and will stabilise and strengthen BenQ’s channel for 2010 with a dedicated “high end” home cinema projector distributor. The deal brings the number of BenQ UK’s distributors to five.
BenQ latest home cinema projector range to be distributed by CSE includes the W1000, W6000, W6500 and W5000 models. BenQ’s advanced home cinema projector range incorporates leading technologies for luxury performance and convenience, providing the user with cinema-class entertainment at home. Engineered with Texas Instruments’ DLP® technology, the range comprises front-projection single-chip models, which deliver outstanding HD cinematic enjoyment via advanced features such as BrilliantColor™ processing, high brightness, and high contrast ratios. The projectors’ high-end specifications range from Hollywood Quality Video (HQV™) processing, advanced lamp technologies and customisable colour preferences; through to dual HDMI, super long lamp life, and Panamorph® compatibility. These features are selectively incorporated within each model, distinguishing the BenQ home cinema projector range as extremely well-equipped contenders in the luxury 1080p home cinema market.
