By connecting the wireless ADSL 2+ Modem-Routers to an ADSL line, the user can easily establish a wireless network and make optimal use of broadband Internet via ADSL. The WL-322 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 300N, the WL-325 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 300N + ADSL 2+ Splitter and the WL-577 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 300N + USB Adapter support the latest 802.11n draft 2.0 so users can count on unprecedented performance in environments with demanding applications, such as streaming HD video and audio, VoIP, multiplayer gaming and the transfer of large quantities of data at speeds up to 300 Mbps. The three ‘N’ routers feature two 2dBi antennas for fewer ‘dead spots’ and an optimal wireless range.
In addition to the ‘N’ models, Sitecom is launching two Modem-Routers equipped with 54g network technology. With the WL-606 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 54g and the WL-578 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 54g + USB Adapter users can share files, broadband Internet and peripherals with speeds of up to 54 Mbps.
As with all the other products in the Pure E-motion line, ease-of-use has played an important role in the development of the Modem-Routers. The 300N Modem-Routers are equipped with a WPS button, for example, to establish a secure connection with a single touch, eliminating the need to install any complex software. In addition to ease-of-use, the Modem-Routers offer clear communication and support in the form of a ‘Quick Installation Guide’ - with clear illustrations and the fewest possible words - and a mini-manual on the bottom of the casing.
The Modem-Routers offer the user a total solution; there is no need to buy a modem or router separately. The WL-577 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 300N includes a 300N USB Adapter, and the WL-578 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 54g includes a 54g USB Adapter; with a Wireless USB Adapter the user can easily connect a desktop PC or notebook to any wireless network. The WL-325 Wireless ADSL 2+ Modem Router 300N includes an ADSL 2+ Splitter that can be used to split a telephone line into one line for the ADSL modem and another for the normal telephone connection. This makes it possible to immediately make and receive phone calls while using broadband Internet, without any consequences for the reachability of the user.
