El Monte, CA – April 13, 2010 – iBUYPOWER, a leading innovator in gaming PCs, is proud to announce it has won the prestigious 2009 Desktop Solution award at the 2010 Intel Solutions Summit earlier this month in Las Vegas. Intel awarded iBUYPOWER for its continued excellence in desktop leadership and innovation. This marks the third year in a row iBUYPOWER has been recognized at Solutions Summit, a high level invitation-only gathering for Intel’s top channel partners.
“iBUYPOWER continues to find ways to create value to their core customers in the PC gaming market, from the company’s high performance gaming systems to the valuable services it provides, iBUYPOWER is a proven leader in the desktop space,” said Eric Thompson, Director of North American Channel and Distribution Sales and Marketing.
Over the course of the year iBUYPOWER launched several unique systems like its Chimera signature system, the Paladin XLC extreme liquid cooling systems with oversized fans and 240mm radiators, and iBUYPOWER’s small form factor PC – LAN Warrior. The company also developed several innovative iBUYPOWER exclusive products and services including the Harmony Sound Reduction System, the Internal USB Expansion System, and iBUYPOWER’s Specialized Advanced Packaging System with expanding foam inserts to prevent damage during shipping.
