The IRISnotes™ Executive 1.0 for Mac saves time and effort by transforming scribbled notes and sketches into editable text on a computer.
I.R.I.S.’ newest product is simple to use. From a battery powered pen, hand movements are transmitted to a receiver clipped at the top of an ordinary page of paper. The receiver, storing up to 100 pages of text, is then connected to the computer where the IRISnotes Executive 1.0 software converts handwriting into electronic text that can be saved, edited, emailed and shared. The IRISnotes™ Executive 1.0 for Mac archives the handwritten text (retaining the writer's handwriting) and then processes the notes and exports them to TextEdit or, after a quick configuration, to standard word processing applications such as Pages, Word or the electronic mailbox.
IRISnotes™ Executive 1.0 for Mac can capture handwritten notes in up to 26 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Arabic and Russian to name a few. It is compatible with all latest Mac operating systems, including Tiger, Leopard, and Snow Leopard.
Furthermore, once the receiver is plugged into a computer, the pen can be set to mouse mode. Light and small in size, the digital receiver recharges automatically via a computer’s USB port power supply.
