Freecom partners with Enta Technologies to expand its distribution channel in UK

FREECOM PARTNERS WITH ENTA TECHNOLOGIES TO EXPAND ITS DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL IN UK
London, 27 April 2009 - Freecom today announced a partnership with IT products and services distributor, Enta Technologies (EntaTech). The new deal will see EntaTech offer products from Freecom’s award-winning range of external hard drives and portable storage devices to its large customer base of independent retailers and resellers.
With an exciting range of new products for 2009, the new partnership will help Freecom expand its reach into new markets, and make Freecom available to Enta’s large customer base of channel customers.
“With access to the top buying groups, as well as niche industrial players throughout the UK, EntaTech is an ideal choice of partner for us as we begin to step into new markets,” said David Pye, UK channel manager at Freecom. “By combining our diverse product range with EntaTech’s expertise in this sector, this should prove to be a very successful partnership for us both.”
Established in 1990, Enta Group has enjoyed year-on-year growth and EntaTech is now a key distributor of IT products and services in the UK, and has a strong reputation in server and storage, gaming, Ipod accessories and retail CCTV products.
