USB 3.0 offers the same ease-of-use and plug and play capabilities as previous generations of USB technologies but with a performance increase and better power management. The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 drive is backwards compatible with USB 2.0, the drives comes with a USB 2.0 Y-cable as some USB 2.0 ports may require a Y-cable to initialize a USB 3.0 drive.The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 has a read speed of 80MB/sec., and a write speed of 60MB/sec and is available in 16, 32 and 64GB capacities.
