iDEQ had an interesting range of SFF PCs. This is the 200P complete with window nForce 3 and Athlon 64.
Likewise QBIC by Soltek had some tidy styling.

The MSI "Mega 180" was another multimedia based mini PC.
The "865" I am sure this one really <i>is</i> a Hi-Fi!
