Bit-tech Mod of the Year 2015 Nominations

We're barely a month away from our annual modding spectacular - Mod of the Year and as in 2014, we need your help. In order to see your favourite projects in our line-up of over 20 fantastic case mods and scratchbuilds, we need you to nominate your favourites.

There will be two categories again - 12 mods (project using an existing case) and 12 scratchbuilds (project using a custom made case), with a top prize for the winner of each category, who will be picked from the top five reader-voted projects by our panel of judges.

Like last year again, we'll have a 'Mod of the Year' prize where the best overall project - chosen from this final line-up of five mods and five scratchbuilds, will be picked by our panel of judges.

So, there's just one thing left to do - check out all the incredible projects of 2015 and tell us which are your favourites. You can do so by:

  • Emailing us at modding@bit-tech.net with URL links to your favourite projects in our forum.
  • Pick up to 12 mods and 12 scratchbuilds - try to pick at least three in each category rather than just your favourite project of the year.
  • You can nominate a project that's not completed yet, but you'll need to check with the owner that it will be finished by 11th December.
  • Any project can be nominated that was completed in bit-tech's forum after 23rd December 2014 - so any projects that narrowly missed out on Mod of the Year last year can be nominated this year.

The projects need to be complete PCs and can have taken part in another competition too such as Mod of the Month.

To refresh your memory, take a look at some of the dozens of projects we've showcased this year below and don't forget to check out our forums too.

As we mention in our Project Log forum, if you have a finished project, adding 'COMPLETED' to the title will help people find it in out forum - all you have to do is head here and type 'completed' in the search box on the right.

Below are all our Modding Update articles, where we look at several of the best completed projects each month - check them out to see if any are worthy of your nominations.

You can also check out our Mod of the Month articles here and don't forget to visit our Project Log forum.. Email your favourite scratchbuilds and case mods (up to 12 of each) to modding@bit-tech.net. Nominations will close on 11th December at 11pm GMT.
