The radiator wasn't to be used for the primary cooling however. I have it in line with the CPU/GPU loop to provide a fail-safe in case the main evaporative cooler is shut off. An Aquaero 5 XT from Aquacomputer manages the entire computer. When the water temperature inside the reservoir goes above a certain point, the evaporative cooler is turned on. When it drops below a certain point, or if the water level gets too low, it shuts off the main cooler. Whenever the water level in the main cooler drops below 20% while it is running, using the Aquaero’s relay, an external pump or solenoid (pump for external tank and solenoid if it is connected to a water main) is turned on to refill the cooler.
