The Radiator Mounting Cover

The next step was to make a whole new top cover for the radiator box. I wanted this to look a bit different, as I've never really been too keen on the look of the standard 840 fan grilles.





I covered the entire top with one large piece of 7mm aluminium, and I then just had to round off the front to mimic the original, cut the vent, chamfer the edges and add a couple of holes for power and reset buttons. Thankfully, my little B&D jigsaw coped with cutting the 7mm aluminium.
