Watercooling Planning

Here's a collection of the watercooling components Ediejo and Snakez would use in this mod. There's an Eheim 1250 pump, a Swiftech Apogee CPU Cooler, a 5.25" bay reservoir, a Black Ice Pro 2, a Frigus VGA Cooler and some Tygon hose.


The watercooling loop was then filled and leak-tested with anti-algae solution, green UV-reactive dye and some de-ionised water. Once they were satisfied that the loop was free of leaks, two 120mm fans were attached to the radiator. These matched the ones that were installed in the front and back of the case earlier on.


Following on from the leak testing, the motherboard and graphics card were installed into the case so that they could plan the amount of hose required, and also to make a final decision on the layout of their watercooling loop inside the case.
