There you have it, "MacroBlack". I am wrapping this article up here since although there are some minor details I have not included I felt that all the relevant areas of interest have been covered.

MacroBlack was conceived with the specific purpose as a modding project in its own right with the intention of introducing some new ideas and techniques into the computer modding world and to that end judging by the phenomenally positive response it has received, it has been an incredible success.

Many people have asked me how long did it take to build. MacroBlack took about two months from concept to completion with about 40 hours actual time spent working on it in the evenings and weekends. Of course that does not include waiting for the paint to dry!
(Nor does it include the 10 hours it has taken to convert this article to the new database! -Ed)

Working on this project has been great fun and has given me the satisfaction of seeing my efforts being put to great use in modders projects all over the world. Thank you for reading and I hope you found something of interest in the MacroBlack project.
