Epic PC: Kyubu by Djayness

As one of the most talented CNC machiners in our forums, we expect big things from Djayness's latest project, called Kyubu. His last project, X Series, which came second in February's Mod of the Month, was dogged by problems later in its life, but having learnt from these issues, Djayness is back on track with what appears to be a fantastic new project.



Early renders and some initial work were posted in the project log in September, but a lot has happened since then. The tower case is coming together quickly with rising sun designs cut into various panels.



It's great to see the CNC machine at work cutting some awesome shapes - these appear to be an integral part of Kyubu.



If ever the rising sun symbol was applied to a PC, this has to be one of the best. We love the red, glowing effect and things should look even better if Djayness' plans for water cooling come to fruition.



Finally we're left with some very eye-catching views of this unique case which is is firmly in our watch list to see how it progresses over coming months.
