Worklog: Here
bit-tech's own wooden wonder is back in the limelight again and after popular
Project: Ingraham graced our
modding features section recently, we're sure to be in for another treat. According to slipperyskip himself this will be the largest mod he's done yet and as such required 'big boy's toys'.
Strangely a Cooler Master Mystique 631 is involved but all is revealed later - the mod isn't quite as it seems! Apparently those big boys toys included lots of large clamps for securing the various wooden sections together while cutting and gluing.
Having made various sections out of wood, he proceeded to offer them up to the case. We had no idea here what Jeffrey was up to and it's certainly unlike any mod he's done before. It doesn't look like an old radio that's for sure!
Along with similarly shaped optical drive bezels, these fan surrounds with also fit in somehow but we still couldn't see how all this came together, especially with the case too. The frame is now being secured together using a combination of clamps and motorcyle bungee cord.
Above is a fan grill but slipperyskip has seen fit to add his carpentry skills here too, surrounding the grill in light wood. The section is later positioned on top of the case. To the right - so [/i]that's[/i] what he's doing!!! It's an enclosure! everything fits together now! Be sure to take a look at slipperyskip's project log for recent updates to Project: Mission as it's turning into a unique mod indeed.
