Sidewinder by Ian Warendorf (WolfandAngel)

Original bit-tech article: Here
Sometimes you come across a project on the bit-tech forums that hits an inspirational nerve, even in its infancy. You instantly know it's going to look epic, even if the maker has only posted a few 3D renders, early designs or pictures of metalwork. Sidewinder was one such project, and forum user WolfandAngel's (aka Ian Warendorf) project only narrowly missed out on winning our Mod of the Month competition in April this year, losing to last year's Mod of the Year winner, oldnewby, who isn't exactly a dunce when it comes to modding.

The project then picked up pace, with the various parts for the scratch-built mod coming together, much to the delight of the many followers eagerly awaiting WolfandAngel's next update. The project was finally completed in November this year.
