Conclusion
Well, there you have it - Phase III, from beginning to end. I personally would have to say that Chris managed to make all of his goals turn to realities with this project. He maintained a cube that is incredibly good looking while offering far more features than I've seen available on many cases, be they standard manufacturer or custom builds.
The flipping motherboard alone is a great feature for most cases, as it can be quite difficult to get under the board to retrieve a lost screw or jumper. But by the time you add in a screwless lid, the thumbscrews on the board and the easily accessible internals, it becomes a dream come true for someone like Tim, Richard, Joe or I who are forced to switch hardware frequently. It's truly a test bench on crack.
In all, I think Chris has done a great job with Phase III, and I can't wait to see his newest project develop. For those of you who haven't seen it, make sure you check out
Project FiveWood, going on in our forums right now!
Oh, yeah, I promised some final shots, didn't I?
