Gaming Platform Performance:

Performance is about the same on both boards with a discrete graphics. Because the Integrated GMA graphics is such a poor-performing piece of hardware in 3D games, there was little point in comparing its results with those obtained using discrete graphics. We simply don't recommend using the integrated graphics for any kind of serious 3D workload - you should be able to run Vista's Aero glass interface on it without too many problems, though.
