Computex 2014 - Func
Started in 1999 and relaunched as a gaming peripherals brand in 2012, Func has produced a small but worth selection of products in the last few years, including the
MS-3 mouse, the
HS-260 headset and the KB-460 keyboard, which we've heard many good things about despite not having reviewed it ourselves.
Func didn't have too much news to share with us here at Computex, though it's still quietly working on some new additions to its range, so hopefully we'll have more to share in the near future.

One product it did have on show was the MS-2 mouse, which should be available at the beginning of September for 39.95 Euros, so approximately £35-40. It has the same lovely soft touch plastic surface that is both very comfortable and highly resistant to scratches and marks. It has the same 10 button functionality as the MS-3, which can only be a good thing. The design differs in that the pinky and ring finger supports are no longer there, but the mouse still fits the hand really well, though it is right hand only. The sensor is the Avago 3090, which is a 4,000 dpi model.

Func also had on display a trio of its KB-460 mechanical keyboards because like many a manufacturer, Func now offers this with red, blue and brown Cherry MX switches – undoubtedly a sensible move.
That's it for day 2 of our Computex 2014 coverage – stay tuned for more coverage tomorrow, when we'll have news from Corsair, NZXT, Fractal Design and many more!
