We see a massive increase in performance in
Quake 4, but this time not with
Call of Duty 2, although it still performs at least as fast as the other boards. CrossFire is
slightly faster for both
Half-Life 2: Episode One and
Supreme Commander but overall there isn't enough of a performance difference for you to be able to tell the difference. You still need a card (or pair of cards) to really stress the PCI-Express bus in order to
require a couple of x16 lanes.
