DFI LANParty UT CFX3200-DR

General Performance:

The DFI LANParty UT CFX3200-DR uses less CPU load than the A8R32-MVP Deluxe in the WMV9 HD test when the boards are running in CrossFire mode. Obviously, the tweaked memory timings don't change the CPU load.


The CFX3200-DR performs as expected here - the tweaked memory timings didn't change things either.


The board is the slowest of the group in the Xvid encode test - there's less than 20 seconds difference in a 16 minute benchmark, so it's not a massive concern.


Tweaking the memory timings helped to improve the speed at which the board processed the batch of images. The test involves lots of memory swapping, as well as writing to the hard drive, which helps to explain the improvements from memory timing tweaks.
