What's Inside?
The fan is a 13.5cm sleeve bearing model made by Martech - a company based out of Guangdong, Southern China. There's no detail for this fan specifically on its website and we can't say we've ever seen this fan used in PSUs or anywhere before - not a great sign for quality.
The same PCB layout is used for multiple models as we can see in the picture below, just the components used are changed. Inside there's the fan controller/current overprotection daughterboard and all the capacitors are the standard electrolytic type. The primary of which is Matsushita (Japanese) rated to 85'C.

The USB hub controller is made by NEC and is in fact two four port hubs sewn together on a single PCB.

The heatsinks are a good size, although with no directionality towards the outside or rear of the case, and everything seems to be firmly held in and resistant to our probing. Apparently CWT (Channel Well Technology) makes the unit, so it has a decent manufacturer behind it at least.

Inside the cables are even sleeved too and generally the cable routing is very neat.
