Introduction
At the moment, in a place called Leipzig in Germany, all the brightest and best of the gaming world have huddled together. Their task is to show off their upcoming games, to show to you the gamer and us the journalists - why we should want to play with their creations. Fortunately, the developers and publishers haven't dissapointed us, and over the next few pages we've laid out the best screenshots from the show.
Make sure to click on your favourite pictures to get the full size image, then just sit back and enjoy the eye candy. Afterwards, jump into our forums to give us your thoughts and tell us how excited you are about what's coming up.
This list is going to be updated as screenshots come in, so check back often to see if any more have been posted up.
Call of Duty 3
What is it? If you don't know what the Call of Duty series is, then you're probably on the wrong site. It is possibly the best gaming example of World War 2 action, an achievement that should be underlined considering how many World War 2 games there actually are. The next game certainly doesn't look like it will dissapoint, delivering us more of the same; except this time it looks like the graphics have been boshed up a notch. Brilliant!
Why we're excitied: Building on the success of the original Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2 was an excpetionally fun game to play. Graphically it was a step forward too, and from the initial impressions of Call of Duty 3 - the series looks to be progressing well. Apparently the in game physics have been improved and the multiplayer has undergone a realism revamp too.
