With the power and temperature limits in MSI Afterburner set to their maximum values, we were able to add an extra 50MHz to the core, giving us new base and boost clocks of 1,657MHz and 1,771MHz respectively. The card was able to boost way past this, however, typically to 2,025MHz or more, which is a solid result but not different to what we’re used to seeing.
The memory is already overclocked, but we were still able to add a little more, moving from 11.4Gbps to 11.8Gbps effective – a 3.5 percent increase.
