+5V and +3.3V Rail Tests

Though not as heavily used as the 12V rail, the 5V and 3.3V rails are still crucial for the operation of USB devices and RAM modules, for example. As before, we have split the load levels into three categories: low (<200W), medium (300W, 500W, 700W) and high (900W, 1,100W, 1,200W and 1,300W if applicable), though remember that only a maximum of 50W is ever drawn from these two rails at a time - the high load tests are to see how well a PSU can supply these rails while simultaneously pumping out masses of current to the 12V rail. Any output that falls outside of Intel's specifications is considered a fail and highlighted in red.
