Efficiency

Each PSU's efficiency is calculated by dividing the power it outputs by the power it uses to do so. Starting at 100W load, we test in 100W load increments up to an including the maximum rated wattage. While the average efficiency of all the load tests is what's considered for the scoring, the results and rankings of the individual load intervals are also displayed below.

This seems an odd choice of priorities.

750w is enough to power anything upto a 980 SLI system, yet you can't fit two GPU's in any (proper) small form factor case, but there are cheaper PSU's that can power up to a single 980Ti and still fit in such a system..such as their own SFX 600w units or smaller gold rated EVGA units.

..and if you go for one of the larger small form factor cases that can take two GPU's such as 980Ti's, you'll need something closer to 900w to power two of them.
